Carol is a graduate of Advance Computer Institute where she studied Front Office Procedures, Medical Billing, Advanced Coding, Medical Terminology, and Medical Transcription; has an Associate Degree in Business Accounting and Early Childhood Education. She has also worked in the front office of a busy multi-physician specialty practice, knowing first hand the daily challenges of a medical office. Carol is also an Emergency Medical Technician. Ms. Lima has 30 years of business accounting and operations experience.

Kellie Beverlin comes to our company with a large knowledge base of accounting practices from working many years in banking, financial aid consulting, and bookkeeping. Kellie knows her numbers and prides herself on her accuracy and knowledge of the medical billing process and coding. She is dedicated and works hard at the medical billing task at hand. She has been with us since September 2006 and we are pleased to have her on board.

Tracy Klein joined our company in June 2007, bringing extensive knowledge in Bookkeeping and business management. She is a recent graduate with an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Management. Tracy works hard to collect every penny that is due to the medical practice and is quick and efficient in her medical billing work. We enjoy her bubbly spirit in our office.
